About The Position

The Director of Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and workflows that power the Advisory Practice revenue engine. This role exists to make revenue predictable, measurable, and actionable across marketing, sales, and client lifecycle. You are building the foundation, not maintaining a finished system. You work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client success, and leadership. Your output directly impacts how the business allocates spend, forecasts revenue, and identifies growth opportunities.
