About The Position

An exceptional opportunity is available for a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join a high-profile lifestyle hotel in the heart of West Hollywood’s iconic Sunset Strip. This design-forward property features approximately 236 guest rooms and suites, a celebrated rooftop pool and lounge with panoramic city views, a signature restaurant, and vibrant day-to-night programming that attracts both locals and global travelers. As the hotel transitions into management with Davidson Hospitality Group, this role will play a critical part in shaping and optimizing the total revenue strategy during a pivotal time. This is a hybrid opportunity, offering flexibility while maintaining strong on-property partnership and visibility with the leadership team. The Director of Revenue Management will lead pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategy across all segments, driving profitability while maintaining the hotel’s competitive positioning within the Los Angeles luxury and lifestyle market. This leader will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on business mix, promotional strategy, and market penetration. The ideal candidate brings strong urban market experience, thrives in an independent or lifestyle luxury environment, and takes a data-driven yet creative approach to maximizing performance in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting. Hilton experience is strongly preferred .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive revenue management experience, preferably within lifestyle hotels
  • Experience in highly competitive, urban markets
  • Hilton systems and brand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in RMS, CRS, and distribution platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across transient, group, and ancillary revenue streams
  • Lead weekly forecasting, demand analysis, and performance reporting
  • Optimize channel mix, rate positioning, and inventory controls
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotional strategy and market share growth
  • Provide strategic guidance to ownership and executive leadership
