The Director of Restaurants supports the Property VP of Food & Beverage by providing leadership and strategic direction for their assigned restaurant venues and teams, in alignment with the MGM brand. They are responsible for guiding the restaurant management teams to achieve operational and financial objectives, overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and training, maintaining facilities to meet MGM Resorts service standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience with high levels of customer satisfaction.
