About Walden School: Walden School is a nationally-recognized residential therapeutic and education program for deaf children and youth ages 8 to 22 who have often experienced significant adverse childhood events as well as language deprivation. POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Director is responsible for the management of child care services within his/her designated program. This includes direct supervision of the child care supervisors; assurance of effective supervision for all child care workers; development and implementation of structures, procedures, and interventions that meet the needs of students and are consistent with program philosophy; and oversight of programming to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
