The Society is seeking a Director of Residential Services to serve as a key member of our leadership team. This role is based at our Main Office in Medina County with travel to residential sites and community meetings. The Role The Director of Residential Services provides strategic and operational oversight of: • Residential Services • Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals, QIDPs • Operations Manager, Residential Services • Camp and Volunteer Services Reporting to the Associate Executive Director, this leader partners closely with agency leadership to ensure service quality, fiscal responsibility, regulatory integrity, and team performance. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands on leadership.
