Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Active or license-eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR, Lead Therapist, or equivalent)
Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
New or first-time DORs welcome — mentorship and leadership support provided
