Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Active or license-eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR, Lead Therapist, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
  • New or first-time DORs welcome — mentorship and leadership support provided

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR, Lead Therapist, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, and assistants)
  • Oversee daily therapy operations, scheduling, and caseload management
  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate closely with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of therapy staff
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, and program performance
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
  • Serve as a clinical resource and role model for best practices
