The Director of Recruiting leads the execution of Vanderbilt’s employer recruiting strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of internship and full-time hiring pipelines across all career pathways. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Employer Relations & Experiential Learning, this role is responsible for managing recruiting operations, optimizing employer engagement execution, and increasing student placement outcomes through structured, scalable recruiting processes. This position translates employer relationships into measurable hiring activity — including interviews, offers, and placements — and ensures Vanderbilt is a reliable, high-performing partner for recruiting organizations.
