We are looking for a Director of Corporate Recruiting to take ownership of our hiring strategy at a high level. This role will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition efforts, building strong pipelines, and leading sourcing initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

Strong sourcing experience (required) – must be confident and proven in building pipelines and finding top talent
Management or leadership experience (Manager or Mentor level)
Industry experience in Home Improvement
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

Operations experience (Project Manager, Project Coordinator, etc.)
Experience working with subcontractors
Corporate recruiting background

Responsibilities

Own and drive full-cycle recruiting strategy for corporate and key business roles
Lead and execute high-level sourcing initiatives (this is a hands-on role)
Build, manage, and mentor a recruiting team or serve as a senior leader/mentor within the group
Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals
Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive performance and decision-making
