Director of Quality, Risk and Patient Safety
About The Position
The Director provides strategic and operational leadership for an integrated program spanning quality improvement, patient safety, enterprise risk/medical malpractice, physician peer review, accreditation/regulatory readiness, and infection prevention # control (IPC). The role partners closely with Medical Staff leadership, Nursing, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Pharmacy to reduce harm, achieve survey readiness at all times, meet regulatory requirements, and improve outcomes across the health system (acute, ambulatory, post-acute).
