AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), founded in 1987, is the largest specialized provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the nation. The Regional Director of Public Health Division Southern Bureau supports the Bureau Chief (Southern Bureau, VP of Public Programs) and is responsible for the planning, implementation, budget management, and coordination of the Public Health Division in the Southern Bureau. This role enhances AHF's reputation by maintaining extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS care standards and service contracts. The Director collaborates with various leadership and departments (PHD Leadership, Regional Leadership, Senior Leadership, Finance, grants administration, Healthcare Centers, Department of Medicine, Pharmacy, Advocacy, Out of the Closet staff) to ensure performance meets quality of care, client satisfaction, program metrics, and financial goals, and to facilitate cross-fertilization of Public Health Division programs and services. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for top initiatives, ensuring AHF Core Values and Mission are central to all activities. AHF operates with a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and this role works as part of a close-knit team.
