AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), founded in 1987, is the largest specialized provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the nation. The Regional Director of Public Health Division Southern Bureau contributes to AHF by supporting the Bureau Chief (Southern Bureau, VP of Public Programs) and will be responsible for the planning, implementation, budget management, and coordination of Public Health Division in the Southern Bureau. The Regional Director of PHD Southern Bureau enhances the reputation of AHF by maintaining extensive knowledge of standards of HIV/AIDS care and knowledge of contracts for services and programs. This role involves collaboration with PHD Leadership, Regional Leadership, Senior Leadership, Finance, and grants administration to ensure that AHF Public Health Division performance meets the quality of care, client satisfaction, program metrics and financial goals. The Director will also liaise with the Healthcare Centers (HCC), Department of Medicine (DOM), Pharmacy, Advocacy and the Out of the Closet (OTC) staff to facilitate cross-fertilization of the Public Health Division programs and services. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for AHF's top initiatives and ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind. AHF operates with a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, and the Regional Director will work as part of a close-knit team.
