The Director of Provider Initiatives and Experience at VillageCare is a crucial role that oversees every aspect of the provider journey, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of progressive health care and provider experience including increasing accountability within the network management space.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills a must.
  • Ability to travel between New York boroughs is required including attending provider events as required
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous Management / Leadership experience or progressive project oversight
