The Director of Provider Compensation oversees the design, calculation, and administration of provider compensation and bonus structures across the organization. This leader ensures timely and accurate payments, manages provider contract renewals, supports succession planning, and ensures legal and regulatory compliance. The Director also partners with the M&A team to evaluate compensation arrangements of potential acquisitions and align them with the MSO’s standardized framework. In addition, this role serves as the primary communicator to providers regarding their compensation plans, offering clarity on structure, methodology, and performance results.
