We are currently searching for a Director of Programs and Operations, based out of our San Rafael office. What you will be doing: Overseeing all aspects of service delivery in Marin County, while being responsible for the development of new programs responding to identified client and organizational needs. As part of the leadership team, participating in decisions relating to the overall strategy and growth of the organization, including attendance at Board of Directors meetings as needed. Representing Lifehouse on the Service Provider Advisory Committee, and taking part in negotiating program Purchase of Services Rates with regional center partners. Supporting in the implementation / training of Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) Principles throughout the organization with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance. Providing oversight of annual budget and continual fiscal oversight, including monthly timesheet and billing approval process, while reducing excessive use of overtime and double-time. Developing and implementing program policies and procedures benefiting both staff and clients (or future clients) through a lens of Person Centered Philosophy.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in management or human services supervisory role.
Masters Degree in Non-Profit Administration, Public Health, Social Work or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Program Development and Budget Planning
Experience with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
