The Director will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHEDco’s provider training, technical assistance, and coaching services. This role ensures that home-based child care providers receive the support, tools, and guidance necessary to deliver high-quality care and to build strong, sustainable child care businesses. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker with deep knowledge of early childhood education, staff supervision, and professional development best practices.
