To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. What will you do as Director of Production Scheduling at Sealed Air? You will lead the global production scheduling strategy, ensuring flawless execution of the detailed production schedule across our manufacturing network. Your mission will be to align supply, demand, and capacity while optimizing cost, service, and asset utilization. You will drive standardization, process excellence, and digital transformation in production scheduling to support Sealed Air's operational and sustainability objectives. Why do we need you? To lead a team responsible for developing and executing effective production schedules that maximize asset utilization and on-time delivery. To establish standardized scheduling processes across plants, ensuring alignment with IBP and Master Planning. To drive production adherence and improve scheduling KPIs (service rate, lead time, capacity utilization). To lead variance analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions in manufacturing. To drive continuous improvement and change management across people, processes, and systems. To collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to balance supply and demand efficiently. To support key business and supply chain initiatives globally. What will you need to succeed in this role?

Requirements

  • Mastery-level knowledge of MPS/MRP and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4/HANA).
  • Strong understanding of master data, capacity planning, and scheduling processes.
  • Experience leading multi-site or regional scheduling teams.
  • Proven success in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage large-scale process transitions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
