This role focuses on building and refining vendor management, production support operations, quality assurance, and portfolio management, ensuring these functions are robust and able to support Foodbuy’s long-term strategic objectives. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Foodbuy Technology.Responsibilities:Through these responsibilities, the Vice President of Operations will deliver the structure, alignment, and operational maturity required to achieve the Foodbuy sector’s long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in technology operations or related fields
7+ years of experience in senior leadership guiding enterprise-level initiatives.
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams across program delivery, release management, production support, vendor oversight, and finance.
Strong knowledge of agile practices, ITSM, DevOps, and vendor governance is essential.
Track record of balancing operational stability with transformation and consistently driving reliability and growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are required, as well as the ability to influence executive decisions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food service, retail, supply chain, or B2B platforms is preferred.
