About The Position

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Product will own most of the product development lifecycle—ideation, strategy, design, development, validation, and post-launch optimization—to enhance the compliance success of our customers. Leading clinical product management, digital product management, R&D (engineering and science), this role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products customers love. Build a high-performing cross-functional teams that are fully integrated within organization vision and culture Actively pursue and analyze customer and market feedback throughout the development process and post-market monitoring. Maintain deep market, competitive, and customer understanding to identify latent or unstated opportunities, identify risk, and inform strategy. Deliver customer, product, and scientific insights for marketing to enhance thought-leader brand Undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership role
  • 8+ years in product management in medical devices or digital health
  • Proven track record of creating market-adopted products
  • Proven record leading high-trust cultures across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Office Role, Monday-Friday with hybrid flexibility

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing digital products and subscription models a plus
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EPA, ISO 13485) a plus
