About The Position

We are looking for an impact-oriented Director of Product, Marketplace to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our growing and dynamic global marketplace ecosystem across our various brands. This senior role will own the product portfolio across bundles, add-ons, and DTC partner integrations, building a dynamic ecosystem that drives customer value, partner success, and business growth. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, set a bold vision for how our marketplace evolves, and work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. This is a pivotal leadership role with high visibility and influence across the company.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling PM teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of building and growing marketplace ecosystems, ideally including bundles, add-ons, or partner-driven models.
  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals, learn quickly, and adapt strategies to drive measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, incentives, and ecosystem complexity.
  • Technical aptitude to engage effectively with engineering and understand platform architecture.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in ambiguity and complexity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision for our marketplace ecosystem, including DTC bundles and add-ons, spanning our brands.
  • Drive Rapid Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful marketplace experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead & Develop Team: Manage and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ecosystem Thinking: Understand and optimize complex ecosystems, balancing the incentives and needs of customers, partners, and the business.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with other product teams, engineering, design, data, marketing, and business development to align roadmaps and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Growth & Impact: Use data and experimentation to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization within the marketplace.
  • Platform Mindset: Leverage and influence platform capabilities to scale marketplace offerings efficiently.
