As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be the chief architect of CaptivateIQ’s market presence and execution strategy during a pivotal transition from a single-product flagship to a multi-product portfolio. This role owns how we show up in the market and how effectively we execute within it, serving as a critical leadership hire and the driving force behind our GTM strategy during a significant growth phase. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of five spanning Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Advocacy, maintaining a true player-coach mentality that allows you to partner with executive leadership on high-level positioning while staying deep in the tactical weeds of execution. By operating at both a strategic and tactical level, you will ensure the field has the tools, training, and proof points they need to drive pipeline, win deals, and expand accounts.
