LexisNexis is executing a multi-year transformation of our global business systems to improve go-to-market effectiveness, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver seamless customer experiences. This includes modernizing core platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue systems, while establishing scalable, reusable capabilities across the enterprise. We are hiring a Director of Product Management to lead strategy and execution across key global platforms, driving end-to-end Lead-to-Cash outcomes aligned to our 2026–2028 growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform or system transformations with measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Order processes, including CRM, CPQ, pricing, contracting, and order management
  • Experience working with enterprise sales and revenue workflows
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams in an agile environment
  • Ability to align product strategy with go-to-market plans, revenue goals, and pricing considerations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business discipline preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, Marketing platforms, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud (strongly preferred)
  • Background in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments
  • Experience with pricing and packaging models and revenue optimization
  • Familiarity with modern product operating models (Agile, OKRs, outcome-based delivery)
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core go-to-market platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue (Quote-to-Order) systems
  • Drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation across systems, processes, and business teams
  • Be accountable for adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion, digital revenue)
  • Define product direction and prioritization, ensuring clear ownership of roadmap decisions and trade-offs
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and prioritization through execution and adoption
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Establish scalable, reusable platform capabilities that support multiple business units and regions
  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, efficiency, and business impact
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Partner across Data, Digital, and Order-to-Cash teams to ensure seamless integration across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive global rollout and adoption in partnership with Operational Readiness, Training, and Change Management teams
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, while strengthening product management practices and operating models
