Ibotta is seeking a Director of Pricing & Deal Management to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The Director of Pricing & Deal Management will report to the SVP of Strategic Finance and help lead the "commercial engine" of our business. While pricing strategy is a foundational element of this role, the vast majority of your impact will come from Deal Management, partnering with our Revenue teams to design, evaluate, and approve complex deal structures that drive growth while maintaining healthy margins. You will be the primary arbiter of trade-offs—balancing the desires of our CPG clients with the strategic and financial goals of Ibotta. We are looking for a leader with exceptional business judgment who can navigate ambiguity and move at the speed of our sales cycle. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
