THE ROLE The Director of Premium New Business (NB) Integrations leads SOP design for premium hospitality experiences to ensure consistent guest service, revenue optimization, and brand execution at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years in a leadership role within sports & entertainment, theme parks, large hotels, or multi-unit QSR
• Experience scaling standardized operating models across multiple locations
• Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Standardize premium service execution and staffing models
• Align service SOPs with culinary and operational workflows
• Support innovation while maintaining core standards
• Audit guest experience and premium execution quality
• Launch premium service standards during new business transitions
• Onboard premium leadership and service teams
• Ensure suites, clubs, and catering readiness
• Support stabilization of guest experience post-transition
