About The Position

The Director of PMO oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programs and projects to meet business objectives. The Director of PMO will collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals, adherence to best practices, and effective resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field or extensive project-management and leadership experience required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale and/or complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience in establishing and leading a PMO or similar strategic project function in a complex, dynamic environment
• Extensive project-management experience required

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
