About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Director of Pipeline Generation to join our expanding global team. This role is responsible for owning and scaling inforcer’s pipeline generation function, with a primary focus on outbound-led growth. You will be accountable for defining pipeline strategy, leading and developing the Business Development team, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities that support revenue growth in a fast-paced and scaling environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale outbound Business Development teams
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation mechanics, qualification standards, and handoff to Sales
  • Experience defining what “good pipeline” looks like and holding teams to consistent quality standards
  • Ability to coach managers and senior reps on outbound execution, messaging, and performance improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues across activity, conversion, and targeting
  • Experience operating in fast-growing SaaS environments with evolving processes and targets
  • Clear, direct communicator comfortable setting expectations and driving accountability
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on predictable, repeatable revenue impact
  • Comfortable balancing strategic ownership with hands-on leadership when required

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute inforcer’s global pipeline generation strategy, with a primary focus on outbound
  • Lead, develop and scale the Business Development function
  • Define standards for pipeline quality, qualification and handoff to Sales
  • Set and manage targets for pipeline generation aligned to revenue goals
  • Establish consistent outbound processes, tooling and performance expectations
  • Coach and support business development representatives to improve execution and results
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure alignment between pipeline generation and closing activity
  • Partner with Marketing to align messaging, ICP definition and outbound campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure continued effectiveness of pipeline generation efforts
  • Represent inforcer at relevant industry events and contribute to strengthening market presence
