Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Roxbury's compliance with state and federal regulatory standards (DDAP, JC, DPW, etc.) through ongoing facility-wide audits. Position chairs/serves on all Roxbury committees. This position is responsible for coordinating the facility wide performance improvement program. A key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of PI and Compliance reports to the Chief Exeuctive Officer. The Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure that the provision of quality care is monitored and continuously improved. Core functions include: Assistance in maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the facility; Assistance provided to managers and leadership in establishing best practices based on research and data analysis Roxbury is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.
