Reporting directly to the SVP, People & Culture, the Director, People Operations will be responsible for the overall strategy, design, and execution of the organization's HR operational functions. This includes overseeing all HR information systems (including Dayforce, Navex, etc.), payroll, and employee data management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role will leverage technology and data to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and support the organization's mission and growth.
