The Director of People Operations (D, POPs) is a key strategic role for designing and implementing Masteryâs employee value proposition and back-of-house Human Resource policies, processes, and functions. The D, POPs supports the Senior Director of People Operations in leading the People Operations team (the people responsible for the systems of HR and Talent Acquisition) to drive an employee-focused, high-performance, outcomes-driven organizational culture. The Director is responsible for the oversight, delivery and management of the key HR functions of compensation and benefits and manages the Coordinator who supports compliance and on-boarding/off-boarding. The position leads strategy as well as collaborates with the other Talent leaders and teams at both the central office as well as across Masteryâs school campuses.
