Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a payments leadership role within a global organization.
  • Proven experience managing payment processing in regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including fraud prevention and merchant acquiring.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance, Card Scheme Certification, and ISO registration.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with structured process improvement and operational framework enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our global payment systems, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Improve the customer-facing payment experience through close collaboration with the product department.
  • Identify, onboard, and integrate new payment methods tailored to market needs.
  • Implement advanced fraud prevention tools and technologies, including AI.
  • Develop strategies to reduce overall payment processing costs.
  • Cultivate relationships with key payment providers to secure competitive advantages.
  • Manage the onboarding of new processors or payment methods with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, focusing on AML policies.
  • Support finance and reconciliation functions to ensure accurate monthly reports.
  • Offer senior management expert mentorship on emerging payments trends.
