Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a payments leadership role within a global organization.
- Proven experience managing payment processing in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including fraud prevention and merchant acquiring.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and collaborator management skills.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance, Card Scheme Certification, and ISO registration.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI).
- Familiarity with structured process improvement and operational framework enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our global payment systems, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Improve the customer-facing payment experience through close collaboration with the product department.
- Identify, onboard, and integrate new payment methods tailored to market needs.
- Implement advanced fraud prevention tools and technologies, including AI.
- Develop strategies to reduce overall payment processing costs.
- Cultivate relationships with key payment providers to secure competitive advantages.
- Manage the onboarding of new processors or payment methods with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, focusing on AML policies.
- Support finance and reconciliation functions to ensure accurate monthly reports.
- Offer senior management expert mentorship on emerging payments trends.
