Reporting to Sr. Director of Lifecycle Services, this role independently pursues and drives Parts business growth in accordance with the goals and KPIs set forth. The Director of Parts is an integral leadership role within the department and the broader organization, providing leadership and guidance to their team of direct reports as well as the broader sales, engineering, and operations teams when needed. As such it is expected that this position continuously improves the aftermarket parts operations to facilitate growth and customer satisfaction and successfully achieve the company’s long-term strategic goals. The Director of Parts creates functional strategies to meet and exceed company and department sales goals and develops procedures/policies/budgets to support the functional infrastructure. The Director of Parts shares responsibility for achieving overall financial and operational growth objectives for the department in conjunction with service and operations leadership. Candidates for this position are expected to be conversant with methods and practices of employee leadership, project and task management, leading through influence. In addition, they are expected to be familiar with the technologies used in the various systems sold by the company, and their appropriate applications. Lastly, the candidate needs to be well versed in analyzing and interpreting parts sales data to drive performance and growth.
