About The Position
We’re seeking a Director of Parts to lead our $6–10M parts operation across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee inventory, purchasing, pricing, and logistics while developing a high-performing team and driving operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in parts operations (heavy-duty, trucking, or automotive preferred).
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven success managing $6–10M in parts revenue.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and procurement systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-location parts team.
- Manage $6–10M in annual parts revenue, identifying growth opportunities and cost savings.
- Develop and implement standardized processes across all locations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing for a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
