The End Drug Shortages Alliance (EDSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to collaborating with its health system, supply chain, and other stakeholder members to solve pharmaceutical supply challenges to end drug shortages. The EDSA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Development & Engagement to join our team. You can learn more about EDSA by visiting End Drug Shortages Alliance The Director of Development & Engagement is a senior leader at the End Drug Shortages Alliance, responsible for driving the organization’s growth, sustainability, and visibility. This role oversees all fundraising, membership, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement activities, building strong relationships that expand the Alliance’s impact. The Director plays a critical role in securing resources, advancing partnerships, and ensuring the Alliance continues to deliver on its mission to end drug shortages. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan.
