About The Position

Leading Educators' growth depends on operational excellence. As the Director of Partnership Operations, you'll be the strategic and operational backbone of the Partnerships function—designing, leading, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and tools that enable a high-performing national partnerships team to execute with discipline, clarity, and impact. This is an operational leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue operations, and cross-functional execution. You'll serve as the primary owner and architect of Salesforce as LE's partnership CRM, transforming it from a tracking tool into an intelligent, predictive revenue enablement platform. You'll design data architecture, governance structures, and forecasting methodologies that provide clear, actionable insights into pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and sales performance. You'll establish operational cadences, manage complex RFP and contracting workflows, and hold senior leaders accountable for inputs and deadlines with clarity and consistency. Beyond systems and processes, you'll be a strategic thought partner to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and executive leadership. You'll proactively analyze pipeline data to surface risks and opportunities, advise on operational risks and growth strategies, and lead cross-functional meetings that drive alignment across Partnerships, Programs, Finance, and other stakeholders. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where your operational rigor, executive presence, and strategic judgment enable the entire organization to execute the growth strategy effectively.
