As a Director of Partnership Management | Ability & Achievement, you will lead the strategy and execution of renewals for CogAT and Iowa assessments, transforming retention into a disciplined growth engine. Your work will empower educators and help uncover the unique strengths of every learner by ensuring predictable retention and driving account expansion through upsell, win-back, and usage-based growth. This role is pivotal in stabilizing a newly formed team, operationalizing rigorous renewal systems, and building a high-performing organization that prioritizes forecast accuracy, repeatable plays, and talent development. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align renewal messaging with customer value, refine lead qualification processes, and reinforce forecasting rigor.
