In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll drive revenue growth, strengthen long-term client relationships, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional workforce solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping our partnership strategy, working closely with internal teams and clients to expand opportunities, improve performance, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, business development, or partnership leadership
  • Proven ability to grow and retain client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or developing teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of account managers
  • Drive growth within existing client partnerships while identifying new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including leadership teams
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational success
  • Support strategic initiatives by using data, insights, and market trends to guide decisions
  • Help resolve challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure a strong client experience
  • Contribute to overall business growth through collaboration, planning, and execution
