About The Position

Allied Sports is hiring a Director of Partnership Development to join our fast-growing team in securing commercial revenue for Allied Sports’ portfolio of prestigious property clients. The Director of Partnership Development will be a key member of the Allied Sports Partnership Development team with a proven track record for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships for a portfolio of clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving high-value, multi-year partnerships with leading brands and properties
  • Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to work cross-functionally across the agency
  • Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league and agency experience preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in a group, team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business partnerships across Allied Sports’ diverse roster of property partners
  • Manage the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and applicable materials by identifying unique brand needs and creating strategic marketing solutions
  • Lead all elements of the sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close
  • Build strong relationships with property clients and internal stakeholders at Allied Sports
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned property clients and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
  • Identify and unlock revenue opportunities across Allied Sports’ extended ecosystem, including Talent, Brand Marketing, and Experience Divisions
  • Build qualified prospect lists for applicable property partners
  • Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and property clients
