About the Role We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager Enterprise Solutions to help manage and grow key client partnerships. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, deliver solutions, and ensure a high level of service across multiple locations. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to deliver results. This position offers a blend of account management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong visibility and impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, staffing, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and expansion
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase overall account value’
  • Lead regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Support business reviews by gathering insights, preparing materials, and sharing recommendations
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
  • Help resolve client challenges and proactively improve service delivery
  • Track account performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for growth
  • Support proposal development and client presentations as needed
  • Contribute to overall account strategy and long-term partnership growth
