About The Position

The Director of Partner Engagement is responsible for overseeing, cultivating, sustaining, and enhancing a culture of collaboration among a broad base of partners and stakeholders. This role is key to aligning services and partnerships consistent with the Family Justice Center (FJC) model, enabling the Rose Andom Center to provide a range of services to individuals impacted by intimate partner and sexual violence. The Director promotes strong partnerships, enhances victim service delivery, and fosters a trauma -informed, survivor -centered environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services -related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising staff, volunteers, or interns
  • Knowledge of domestic violence dynamics, trauma -informed care, and motivational interviewing
  • Familiarity with human service delivery systems and the criminal justice system related to domestic and sexual violence
  • Experience in leading diverse stakeholder meetings

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to recommend and implement programmatic improvements and expansions.
  • Provide trauma -informed, culturally sensitive leadership to staff and partners.
  • Oversee partner relationships to ensure effective victim/survivor service delivery.
  • Coordinate regular communication strategies, including weekly partner check -ins and email updates.
  • Facilitate regular partner and team meetings to maintain service quality and address areas for improvement.
  • Organize quarterly All Partner Team meetings in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conduct onboarding for new partner staff, including FJC model orientation and operational protocols.
  • Maintain and update partner schedules and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) annually.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate cross -collaborative learning opportunities such as Lunch & Learns.
  • Disseminate relevant research, tools, and best practices across partners.
  • Cultivate new community partnerships and evaluate off -site partnership opportunities.
  • Create and coordinate partner well -being initiatives to support engagement and mitigate burnout.
  • Lead special projects, such as Strangulation Protocol and Sexual Assault service enhancements.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data from partner agencies to inform quality improvements and grant reporting.
  • Develop partner evaluation tools, surveys, and anecdotal data collection methods.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace.
