The Director of Alumni Engagement is a key role responsible for strengthening the lifelong connection between UC Law San Francisco and its alumni community. This position offers a unique opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven professional to shape the alumni engagement strategy of California’s oldest law school, an institution poised for growth and increasing impact. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director will design and lead a comprehensive engagement program that fosters meaningful relationships, professional networks, and enduring loyalty among more than 23,000 living alumni. As a public champion of the law school, the Director will help elevate its reputation among alumni and the broader legal community while advancing institutional priorities. With a strong emphasis on strategy, collaboration, and innovation, the Director will partner closely with Advancement, faculty and staff, and school leadership to align alumni engagement with institutional goals. The Director supports fundraising, enhances visibility, and enriches the student experience to ensure the alumni network remains active, engaged, and supportive of the College’s mission.
