The Senior Associate Director of Alumni Engagement will develop and implement a strategy to grow engagement for Midwest based Chicago Booth alumni with a primary focus on the Chicagoland area. This position will inspire alumni to give back to the school and community in meaningful ways including event attendance, volunteerism, philanthropy, and other connection opportunities. More specifically, this position will identify opportunities to expand the breadth and depth of alumni engagement to increase pipeline development including soliciting philanthropic support, alumni and student career connections, and affinity or industry connections. The Senior Associate Director will engage key partners across Chicago Booth and the University of Chicago. Major areas of focus include alumni communities, philanthropy, affinity and industry programming, events, communication, reporting and analytics. This position is based in Chicago and will require 10% travel.
