We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Paid Media Director to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing scaled, multi-channel paid media campaigns. This role is responsible for the overall performance of all paid advertising efforts, ensuring they align with business objectives, drive customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment (ROI). The Paid Media Director will oversee strategy, performance, and delivery across all paid channels for Rocket Clicks’ Family Law Firm clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Revenue Operations Strategists, and Project Managers within service pods to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, margins are protected, and client objectives are consistently met. As the subject matter expert in paid advertising, you will guide channel strategy, define standards for quality, and develop processes that enable scale. Your leadership ensures that every campaign not only performs—but contributes meaningfully to the growth and profitability of both our clients and the agency.
