Requirements

Proven leadership experience in restaurant or operations management (Chick-fil-A experience preferred).
Strong ability to lead, train, and develop others.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in creating systems and improving operational performance.
Committed to Chick-fil-A's values of excellence, integrity, and care.
Full-time availability required
Must be flexible to work opening, mid, or closing shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor department leaders and team members.
Create a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Model Chick-fil-A's values through servant leadership and teamwork.
Develop and refine operational systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Analyze workflows and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
Implement sustainable systems that support long-term operational success.
Oversee daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Partner with leaders to achieve key performance goals in service, quality, and speed.
Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Support and reinforce Chick-fil-A's brand reputation for excellence.
Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to develop and execute operational strategies.
Manage labor, food cost, and productivity to achieve business objectives.
Use data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
