About The Position

Lead the engine that powers unforgettable guest experiences. As Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day venue operations, ensuring seamless execution across all departments while driving operational excellence, safety, and financial performance. You will set the standard for service, efficiency, and collaboration while supporting large-scale events and high-volume operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
Proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
Lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
