As Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day venue operations, ensuring seamless execution across all departments while driving operational excellence, safety, and financial performance. You will set the standard for service, efficiency, and collaboration while supporting large-scale events and high-volume operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
• Proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
• Lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
• Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
