About The Position

The Vacancy Job Summary: Direct the operations of a diversified group to develop and deliver the highest quality safety and maintenance training information to students all over the world through multi-delivery methods. This includes developing and delivering content in order to provide the best possible learning experience. This position will set the product vision as well as the roadmap to delivery of a diverse product offering.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in relevant content development and/or production, marketing or operations.
  • Experience in training scheduling and efficiencies
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of basic sales and marketing principles including cohort targeting, customer lifetime value, pricing strategy and inventory management
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles
  • Strong electrical and safety knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the developing of content strategy that maximizes effectiveness of features to achieve revenue, engagement, and retention targets
  • Oversee the logistical planning, coordination, and scheduling of training sessions (in person, virtual, or eLearning) to ensure compliance, efficient resource utilization, and instructor availability.
  • Drive innovation for current and future product offerings to improve and expand product lines and market share.
  • Develop new revenue streams targeting ROI
  • Direct development of company products to uphold deadlines and budget to ensure ROI is delivered
  • Develop a team of product champions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Expand product offering through internal growth as well as acquisitions
  • Ensure that AVO product offerings are using and demonstrating current technology and meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Ensuring highest quality standards for all product offerings.
  • Provide direction on yearly budget to consider investments, labor and overhead costs, and ROI for product innovation/expansion
  • Partners with sales to align strategies including business development, structure, pricing, and timing
  • Work in conjunction with Director of Business Development to create and improve business partnerships for host locations, training partnership agreements, etc.
  • Communicate with board of Directors on behalf of AVO Training Institute on current company growth plans, acquisition proposals, and product innovations.
