Requirements

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse teams.
  • Comfortable using data, technology, and operational tools to drive results.
  • Strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of Community Health Centers/Federally Qualified Health Centers.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a clinic setting preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred; candidates with equivalent training and proven process improvement experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Dental and all Patient Services to develop and execute a comprehensive operational excellence strategy including hiring, onboarding and mentoring staff.
  • Lead end-to-end process reviews across clinical and administrative workflows in the designated departments.
  • Serve as a champion for a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization, guiding teams through the change management process.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure all process improvements align with regulatory requirements and clinical standards.
