Role Overview We are looking for a highly operational, business-minded leader to act as a central coordination point across the company. This role exists to drive alignment, execution, and operational clarity across all teams, ensuring that business priorities are translated into action and delivered effectively. You will work closely with the Owner to understand strategic priorities and ensure they are clearly communicated, coordinated, and executed across departments including Payments, Marketing, Tech, Product and Operations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2C environments (iGaming / Casino / Sportsbook preferred)
  • Proven track record in operations, business coordination, or general management roles
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
  • Exceptional ability to structure chaos and drive execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to balance big picture thinking with hands-on execution
  • Clear communicator with strong business judgment
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and not afraid to challenge
  • Able to build trust quickly across teams
  • Focused on outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of coordination across all departments
  • Translate business priorities into clear actions, timelines, and ownership
  • Ensure alignment between teams and eliminate silos or conflicting priorities
  • Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow-through
  • Facilitate decision-making
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and blockers across the business
  • Drive improvements in workflows, communication, and execution
  • Introduce structure where needed without overcomplicating processes
  • Ensure the business operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • Act as a thought partner to the Owner on operational and business topics
  • Provide visibility on risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with Payments to strengthen processes, reliability, and performance
  • Support ongoing improvements in payment flows, providers, and operational setup
  • Ensure payments-related initiatives are aligned with broader business goals
  • Lead the rollout of Return-to-Office strategy (locations, structure, guidelines)
  • Drive cross-functional operational projects as required by leadership
  • Take ownership of high-impact, business-critical initiatives
