Position Summary: The Director of Operations is focused on the organization and delivery of resources for the clinical practice to meet the needs of the medical staff, support staff, and patients. Responsibilities include financial management, clinical operations, human resource management, and support of the revenue cycle in accordance with group policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and statutes. The position will oversee multiple specialties, with the primary department being Plastic Surgery.
