About The Position

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for overseeing production, project management, labor, safety, and overall operational efficiency. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality while supporting company growth and profitability.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of operations leadership experience (roofing, construction, or related industry preferred)
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of job costing, financial performance, and P&L management
• Experience with CRM and project management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational functions, including production, project management, and labor teams
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee job costing, profitability, and overall P&L performance
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and efficiencies
• Manage fleet operations and ensure proper utilization of company assets
• Drive a high-level customer experience from project start to finish
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Develop, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
